Students are responsible for:

Modifying or cancelling reservations when necessary.

The Georgia Forensic Academy does not make hotel reservations on behalf of students and cannot modify, cancel, or manage reservations made through the hotel's reservation system.

Course Cancellations and Schedule Changes

Should a course be cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise modified, the Georgia Forensic Academy will provide notification to registered students via the email address supplied during course registration.

It is the student's responsibility to monitor the email account used during registration and to take any necessary action regarding hotel reservations.

The Georgia Forensic Academy is not responsible for:

Hotel cancellation fees.
No-show charges.
Lodging deposits.
Travel expenses.
Hotel reservation costs incurred as a result of a course cancellation, postponement, or schedule change.
Any costs associated with a student's failure to cancel or modify a hotel reservation.
