Forensic Nursing and the Intersection of Sexual Violence

This course provides an in-depth exploration of forensic nursing and its critical role in responding to sexual violence, intimate partner violence (IPV), and human trafficking. Participants will gain insight into the forensic medical examination process, trauma-informed care, evidence collection, legal considerations, and advocacy for survivors.
