Course Details
Courtroom Demeanor and Latent Print Expert Testimony is a 40-hour course that will cover case law, Rule 702-714, Daubert Hearings, and preparing a curriculum vitae. The instructor will cover the importance of pretrial hearings and preparing court exemplars. There will be a mock trial, and students will be required to present courtroom testimony.
This class will be Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
What to Bring:
Participants should bring a fingerprint magnifier with a Henry disc, one ridge counter, a computer with Microsoft capabilities, and the required LPE texts listed below:
